For beginners and experienced practitioners – every Tuesday

Yoga is good for us, strengthening our inner power and promoting greater well-being, self-awareness, and zest for life. After a long, often busy day, it helps us relax and recharge our batteries. We learn dynamic, flowing movements as well as meditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques. Together, we explore how to integrate what we have learned into our everyday lives.

The course takes place at the Rudolf-Alexander-Schröder-Haus in Würzburg.
Registration is required, as this is a fixed course.
